1,、建筑學相關專業(yè)五年制本科及以上學歷,；
2,、三年以上建筑方案設計工作經驗,；
3,、有公共建筑設計經驗,；
4,、有較強的方案設計能力和建筑構思創(chuàng)意,；良好的外立面設計能力；
5,、熟練掌握計算機相關軟件的應用,；
6、敬業(yè)踏實,，認真負責,，誠實守信,，具備良好的溝通和團隊合作精神,；
